Our Offer
• various tasks in the missionary work of P&H reaching migrants
• teamwork, but a lot of personal responsibility in the execution of tasks

Your Tasks
• development, implementation and review of visions, goals and strategies for P&H
• spiritual leadership, staff development
• networking and cultivating relationships with churches and other organizations
• Openness to build relationships with immigrants
• ideally you would live in the P&H house

Your Profile
• intimate relationship with Jesus
• church that approves of and supports your ministry
• good German language skills
• team and communication skills
• enjoying working in an international team
• several years of leadership experience
• experience in intercultural work especially with people with a Muslim background
• experience with OM is helpful but not required

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

The Year Program is a 12-month opportunity to support the growth of the Kingdom of God in Belgium and to grow personally and in faith while doing so. The Year Program has two purposes; The first one is that of a gap year, the second one is to prepare a person to continue serving the Lord through international missions. It offers tools and opportunities to understand a new culture as well as to introduce a person to what it is to be a missionary.
