To work within the team providing support for the ministries and team members using your skills, for example:

Hospitality and cleaning to look after the OM base for the OMers visiting, or for those participating in the training programme

Maintenance of the OM vehicles and/or housing, from basic DIY to more complex work depending on skills

Participating in the renovation work 

Providing basic administrative help as needed – e.g. folding letters, preparing badges, copying documents.

Help with ministry events during the year as needed

You would attend and have a role helping in the weekly team meetings and different OM France events throughout the year.  There may also be opportunities to attend certain short-term mission weeks or help at ministry events. 

This could be a part-time role with an additional role to create a full-time post or part-time if you already live in France.

Key criteria:
– Have a passion for seeing French and foreign Christians mobilised to be part of reaching the unreached 
– Be able to see serving as a way to participate and accomplish the work in France, allowing others to be freed up for their ministry (Acts 6)
– Be able to communicate in French or English, French is the team language and basic French is necessary for life outside the office.
– Be self-motivated and able to work on your own or with others
– Be teachable
– Be able to work well in an international team
– Be based in the Eastern-Paris region, but possible travel to other parts of the country

– To be growing in your relationship with God
– To love God and people as yourself.
– Be passionate about discipleship
– Willing to grow spiritually in community
– Accept to have a mentor (could be someone outside or OM)

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
