The Director of Operations is a role within OM Caribbean, interacting across our field, ensuring that OM Caribbean has a healthy working environment and smooth- running processes. The role will provide help in advising the OM Caribbean Leadership to fulfill its mandate to the OM Caribbean Board, Charity Commissions and OM Caribbean Staff.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
