English Helper for MKs

Would you like to invest in children on the field by spending time with them and helping them to learn English? Are you interested in exploring what it would be like to serve longer term among the least reached?  Come and check out life on the field while you invest in the next generation!

Requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Positive reference from home church

Notes:
* The position would involve two hours on weekdays of playing with the children and helping them improve their English.
* There will be plenty of time for the applicant to take Turkish language lessons, explore the city, and also to join a local fellowship on Sundays.
* The families are willing to pay for the work (price to be negotiated). However, other living expenses, etc. will need to be raised by the applicant.
* Accommodation will be in a shared flat with other single workers in the city.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

STEP out to serve and support long-term ministry and gain valuable experience. You will learn some of the local Arabic and be immersed in culture, while supporting long-termers in their ministries or in supportive roles like child-minding or home schooling. You will also be able to travel and see what life is like around the country. The aim is to learn, be exposed to many different experiences and discover how you can make a difference here!
Young adults in the Middle East and North Africa are starting to be more and more disillusioned by religion, seeking truth and love elsewhere than in Islam. No one is better to reach this group than peers from within the same generation. If you are 20-30 years old, you can be part of reaching the least reached of your generation in the Middle East, while learning Arabic and experience the Arab world from the inside.
