Immersion Student

The immersion training programme is designed to immerse you in God’s Word, in ministry and in cross-cultural missions, in order to challenge you in ways you could never imagine, and drive you to depend on God more and more each day. Will you join us?
6-12 months
Full Time
The Immersion programme starts off with 2 months of intense training, during which you will dive deeper into God's word, and learn some very practical ministry skills. All of this you do as part of a cross-cultural community.

After your time of training is up, you will be send out in small teams to work for a local church and help them in whatever ways needed to minister to its members and reach out to the community. During this placement of 9 months, you'll have a great opportunity to get stuck in the community, get to know people and invest in the lives of others.

As the programme finishes up, you'll get the opportunity to help lead an outreach. During your time with us, you'll have a mentor who checks in on you, keeps you accountable and who is there for you to help you through the ups and downs during the year.

God has used the Immersion programme to change the lives of many young people. Will you be one of them?

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
