• Flexible weekly working hours by arrangement (for this position: 20 hours; can be combined with other tasks on request to 40 hours)

Your tasks
• Advising and coaching participants for international outreaches (short and long term)
• Coaching participants before, during and after the assignment
• Administrative implementation of standardized procedures (initial request to return)
• Compilation of information material and promotion of short-term outreaches through our channels

Your Profile
• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Enjoying working with people
• Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Initiative and flexible working
• International experience helpful
• MS Office skills
• Organizational and administrative skills

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
