Recruiting, follow up on placement. ( local and international)
Lead the recruitment process to achieve a good fit between recruits and ministries in the field and other OM fields including the ship.

1. Ensure opportunities advertised from other fields are well known to Partnership to advertise in churches
2. Contact field that are hosting Zambian missionaries or other missionaries in transit
3. All Missionaries serving outside Zambia, record, insurance, and other valid documents are kept in one place
• Uploading documents on Petra for missionaries leaving Zambia.
• Office Filing, drafting letters of recommendation and embassy confirmation letters
• Attending meetings- Personnel related matters of sending missionaries

• Will have access to personnel sending emails from 1st October 2021.
• To gather and maintain personnel records to provide accurate appropriate information and support to OM and leadership for missionaries leaving Zambia.
• Keep copies of team documentation related to sending information
• Handling personnel Petty- Cash book and cash box for sending funds and logistics.
2. Placement
Oversee the application and preparation process to ensure applicants are sent to the OM world effectively.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
