Ethnically least reached team leader

Do you feel called by God to serve Him in France?  Join the OM France team as we serve to inspire, mobilise and equip others in seeing churches grow and be discipled, as well as getting involved in one of the least-reached countries in Europe.

Jesus came to redeem every tribe, language and nation(“ethnē”). France is home to over 113 different people groups, or “ethnē”, 37 of whom remain “unreached” (6,5% of the French population). Come and join us to establishing ways to reach the unreached!
2-3 Years
Full Time
Amongst all of these unreached people groups in France, nine out of the top 10 of these by population are traditionally Muslim. The vast majority of France’s ethnically unreached people groups are generally located in and around Paris.

We are looking for someone to build a new work to reach these unreached people. You will lead the team working with them, and also be willing to serve within the wider OM team in France in the team’s big picture work to reach the people in France.  We are looking for committed team members who love God and are passionate about serving Him with their gifts and skills, and able to serve in other ways too!

Key criteria:

Have a heart for immigrants and people of different backgrounds.  Being able to speak one of these other languages or have had experience in these countries is beneficial but not required.

Intermediate or higher level of French strongly desired, but not required on arrival, as long you are willing to learn French during the first year.  French is the team language and basic French is necessary for life outside the office.

English is necessary to communicate with the wider OM world and share ideas across fields.

Be self-motivated and able to work on your own and able to mobilise others to join you

Have vision and ideas whilst remaining teachable and ready to learn how things work in the French context

Be able to work well in an international team

Be based in the Eastern-Paris region, but possibly travel to other parts of the country

To love God and people as yourself.
