We are looking for someone who has high emotional intelligence and motivation to engage private evangelical philanthropists in Southeast Asia by providing world-class donor services.
You should have experience managing vendors, volunteers and logistic teams when organising special events in Southeast Asia.
** This is a salaried position.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Director to identify, analyse, develop and maintain the list of evangelical philanthropist prospects across Asia and prepare materials for presentations.
• Manage a system to keep accurate donation records, provide timely donor services, stewardship reports and prompt year-round cultivation opportunities.
• Understand key performance metrics for Major Gift engagement programs and assist with tracking, reporting, and light data analysis.
• Provide Vision trips, events, and donor meeting support, including serving as the liaison between travellers and international fields, serving as liaison with donor hosts both on-site and virtually, as well as preparation, budgeting and execution.
CREDENTIALS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 6 years where 3-4 years are spent providing sales/marketing/fundraising support to the team leader.
• Savvy in the use of CRM reporting tools or related donor-base management tools.
