Director of Training

The Director of Training is responsible for developing and delivering training to a broad spectrum of artists to aid in their holistic development and ministry to the least reached.

Inspiro Arts Alliance staff is an international team distributed in numerous locations around the world.  You would work online from home and engage with different cultures and a dynamic and diver team.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelors degree
– Trained in ethnodoxology or ethnoarts
– Willing to join OM long-term (for at least three years)
– Experience in Office 365 or willing to learn

Required Competencies
– Experience developing curricula.
– Familiarity with theories of learning.
– Able to shape both formal and informal training.
– Able to develop and deliver trainings in a variety of physical & virtual contexts and media.
– Can contextualize trainings.
– Able to evaluate trainings.
– Fosters a team culture and is a team player.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
