Mosbach, Germany: Logistics & Office Manager

Handle needed supplies and manage the timely shipment of all on shore purchases in order to help ensure continued operations of the ship.
As Office Manager provides the headquarters with logistical and administrative services to help with the smooth operations of day to day work and showing hospitality to our guests.

Job Content
In your role you will oversee:

1. Freight and Logistics
Manage the logistic process in order to ensure all freights and shipments will arrive at destination
on time.

2. Storeroom
Manage and control the storeroom in order to have a safe working place and accurate and timely
shipment of purchases.

3. Office Management
Manage and administrate the office operations and logistical services in Mosbach in order to have a
well-equipped work environment and to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the
headquarters.

4. On board support
Support the Business Services Center on board the ships in purchasing and decision-making in order
to ensure smooth operations.

5. AMOS (Operations and inventory database)
Ensure Amos is kept up to date with necessary information for accurate history and data
management in order to efficiently support the purchasing and maintenance process.

What we offer
You will be based in Mosbach, Germany.  It is a full time role. You will be part of an international team who are passionate about serving in the ships ministry.  Coaching and training will be arranged to grow into this role, when needed.

Serving opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
