Field Personnel Assistant

The primary objective of this role is to send and receive clear, detailed, and accurate information between the Target Field, candidates, and churches to facilitate the process of accepting or rejecting a candidate by the Target Field.

The person in this position must provide the information required by a possible candidate about the missionary field – dates, costs, length of commitment, medical insurance, ministries available, pre-requirements, manage records on Microsoft D365, etc.

– Good administrative, communication and basic
    computer skills
– Pay attention to details
– Good judgment and discretion in dealing with
    people and information
– Have the ability to work cross-culturally and with
    different denominations.
– Emotionally intelligent

Requirements to be in this position:

-General knowledge about OM and its respective fields regarding the selection process.
– This person must be very well informed about visas, medical insurance, invitation letter (sent to Consulates or Embassy), support figures (percentage, etc.) and forms.

Serving opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
