Marketing Services, Associate Director

Are you interested in using your skills in communications and marketing, and being part of OM's Global Communications and Marketing department? We are looking for someone to lead the Marketing Services to fulfil strategy, while gathering and disseminating marketing resources across OM globally.

The Marketing Services  Associate Director will work with OM fields through the Communications and Marketing Working Group to represent the wider global strategy of marketing services. They will share and promote resources to best support the fields’/areas’ marketing needs.

Key result areas:
1. Organise, lead and develop Marketing Services through facilitating the Communications and Marketing Working Group.

2. Gather and understand marketing activities, data, needs and regional and global trends.

3. Work with fields to gather market data to help shape the direction of content and global campaign development; consult with regional facilitators and field marketing teams to shape global campaigns and/or to contextualise global campaigns for local use.

4. Alongside regional facilitators, work with OM fields to conduct research to gauge Communications and Marketing content effectiveness.

5. Lead and coordinate the annual in-person meetings with the Communications and Marketing Working Group.

Serving opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
