Personnel Manager

To direct and manage all personnel functions of the organisation including mobilising, recruitment, staff skills development, performance management, care for staff, as well as overseeing all personnel administration activities.

1. Passionate about empowerment and upliftment through business/entrepreneurship.
2. Experience in managing people from diverse backgrounds and in gaining alignment across a broad stakeholder community.
3. Have had exposure to missions (at least one short term outreach or equivalent) and some understanding of Business as Mission / Business 4 Transformation.

Serving opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
