Rubi ministry supports vulnerable youth in protective care by sharing the gospel, mobilizing the church, and discipling both volunteers and children.
Participants must:
• To love Jesus and to have a desire to share his faith.
• Be at least 26 years old.
• Be believers and active members of their local church.
• Have previous experience in children's and/or youth ministry.
• Have social skills and care for people.
• Command of basic Spanish.
• Have initiative.
• Emotional management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and active listening.
• Commitment and responsibility.
• Have perseverance.
Serving opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
