If you will like to explore what it looks like to be a Fundraiser. This is your opportunity!! Come and helps us in build up the Financial Development Department, while you are learning as you serve, You will have the opportunity to explore a Latin America Country and our warm hospitality. You will have the chance to talk about the need of the Gospel with many Churches in Panama, as well you are welcome to join some Outreaches.

-Organize Fund Raising Events -Create, with the help of the Country Leader, a Follow up Plan for Donors -Organize Networking Events -Travel to different locations in Panama -Build relationship with donors and locals -Recruit volunteers to help in the Financial Development Department -Develop with the Country Leader and the Communication team a Fundraising Strategy

-Born again and having a living relationship with Jesus Christ -Wiling to learn and step out his or her comfort zone -Able to Speak Spanish in a Medium Conversational Level -Flexible, Adaptable and Teachable -Good Organizing Events -Team player -Passionate about God and His Mission -Respectful of our culture and with a desire to understand it
Various venues :OM Panama Office, some hostels and local believers homes, as we will be traveling in some provinces.
OM will provide local Panamanian food. Special dietary need to be communicated and may increase the cost of the outreach. No snacks will be provided.
Panama International Tocumen Airport code is PTY The participant must pay for the airport pick up and airport drop. Local travel, for events and meetings, related to the work is included in the cost.
The participant must be in good health and have a international health insurance policy.

Panama is a very open country and allows many individuals to stay for 3 months without a visa, but the individual is responsible to check the visa requirements from his or her country. We can explore the option of extend the visa period in Panama, so the participant can stay longer than 3 months.

The Participant must NOT have Piercings, Tattoos must be covered, NO hair coloured with green, purple or artificial white, NO Bikinis for swimming, no short skirts, the shoulders must be covered. The Participant must bring a long skirt for women and long trousers for men especially for the church services. Some days, the participant could wear shorts but they should cover the knees. Formal and semi formal cloths will be needed as the participant will have interviews with Business men, participate in conferences, fundraising dinners, and networking events Electric plug 110V
