Use your skill set – acting, set design, painting, carpentry, practical skills, organizational skills, investing in people – in a creative, interactive way to help others understand the need for sharing God's love through missions.

At TeenStreet Germany, Global Experience plays a vital role in helping to motivate teens and young adults to participate in missions. Staff and cast needs are varied: artistic lead, set designers and decorators, dressers, carpenters, lighting specialists, costume designer and creator, make-up artists, actors. Some roles are needed immediately for project design phase. Those interested in serving as cast and crew only during set up week and/or TeenStreet week, please register by 1 July 2020. Contact for for a list of the responsibilities and requirements for each specific role or to apply.

•Have a relationship with Jesus •Able to communicate in English •Willing and able to work in the task assigned to you for at least eight hours every day •Have a servant’s heart •Willing to follow the Community Lifestyle Statement (CLS) and dress code during TeenStreet •Flexible and able to work with a team •Acting experience and practical skills are a plus.
Basic, camp-style in tents. Bring your own sleeping bag and air mattress.

•Make your own travel arrangements to Oldenburg, Germany. Düsseldorf is the closest major international airport (approx. 3.5 hours by train). Other nearby airports are in Hannover and Münster. •LOCAL TRAVEL BY TRAIN: The Oldenburg train station is a 10-15 minute walk to the TeenStreet site. Visit for rates and information.
Should be in good health and able to tolerate hot summer temperatures. Hours can be long (at least eight hours daily) and tiring.

Please be aware that the hours can be long and intense…but it is a very rewarding experience as well!
A Coach at TeenStreet leads a small group with a maximum of 6 teenagers of the same gender from the same country. Coaches are responsible for leading the small group times, keeping the teens accountable, spending personal time with each teen and being an adult friend.
