The days will be filled with practical work in one of the ship's departments (40hrs per week/ 8hrs per day). Outreach Teams are one day per week; you will participate in an assigned ministry experience. It might be an onboard programme or an onshore event (COVID-19 restrictions apply).

The Florence STEP (Short Term Exposure Program) is a unique opportunity for individuals to serve God in Florence, SC, USA at the OM Ships International campus. It is ideal for those with little, or no, missions experience and those looking to improve their English. Our desire is that participants learn and grow in their Christian walk and have their eyes and hearts opened to what God is doing through OM Ships. It is also an opportunity to seek the Lord for their next steps. We hope that each participant will leave with a better understanding of ministry and the part they have to play.
REACH The City exists in the UK to train disciples for mission in an urban context. Based in one of Europe’s most culturally diverse cities, REACH will invest in you through high quality training and mentoring so that you can know God and His world better, meet the challenges of discipleship, and join in God’s mission to reach the unreached. An initial 3-month period of intensive training is followed by an overseas mission placement of 3 months.
Do you have a desire to grow in your faith? Do you want to be trained in practical ministry skills and want to be challenged to put your faith into action? Come and join our Reach programme! Together with other people from all over the world, you will be trained, discipled, guided to find your place of strategic involvement in seeing Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers among the Least Reached.
