We will be spending the week helping the members of these church to build relationships with their local community and host various events aimed at sharing the gospel with those around them. We will also be helping serve the Arpajon church (just outside of Paris) as they step out and begin the early stages of preparing to plant a church in a neighbouring town by doing prayer walks, street evangelism and other activities that will help the church become more visible in this new area.

The week will start with a time of getting to know each other, sharing testimonies, Bible encouragements and worshipping together. The following days will be filled with various outreach events, street evangelism and prayer walks in partnership with the church members and a few bible college students. (This is so the effects of this outreach week continue long after the OM team has left). Each day there will be an emphasis on first spending time praying and worshipping together before preparing for the day's events, so we are ready to serve and to allow God to be changing us through this time too!

You are passionate about seeing new communities of Jesus followers be established in places where there is no church!  You are willing to step out in faith and serve! We are also particularly interested in musicians and people who speak some French. You DO NOT need to speak French to be a part of this outreach.
Will there be accomodation provided?
Participants will either be housed with members of the church or in a house rented for the week by the church.
Will there be food provided?
The church will provide the meals during the weekend, but if you would like to buy any other food (French bread/pastries), please bring your own money.
Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?
Participants will need to arrange their own travel to and from the outreach. All travel during the outreach is included in the cost.
What should my health condition be like?
Participants should be generally fit, not requiring intensive medical care.
Do I need a visa?

Participants outside of the EU may require a visa. If a visa is required, the exact required visa should be checked with the local sending office.

The Kids ‘n’ Things Academy is our training programme for children’s workers. Through the Academy sessions, you will learn theory, theology and skills which will help you to develop in children’s ministry. You will have the opportunity to use and develop many of the skills taught in the Academy while delivering the Lionheart holiday club programme '‘Lionheart and the Ultimate Gaming Adventure’ in churches, which you will learn with the team when you arrive. You may also be able to volunteer with some of our partner organisations to get some wider experience of various children’s ministries. A Lionheart holiday club is a five-day event for children, held in a church. Each day there is a fast moving, entertaining two-hour programme, designed for children to enjoy themselves as they learn the truth about God and about themselves. OM’s Kids ‘n’ Things children’s ministry team works in partnership with the church members to run the club.
