The Immersion training programme is designed to: - Immerse you in God's Word - Immerse you in ministry - Immerse you in cross-cultural missions. At the end of the programme, you will have a greater perspective of God's redemptive mission and your place in His story.

The Immersion programme starts of with several weeks of training at OM in Ireland's headquarters; after that, you will be placed with a church to encourage local believers and further the work of God here in Ireland. Throughout the programme, you will meet with a mentor who will hold you accountable and guide you along your journey. At the end of the programme, you will help lead ministry outreaches here in Ireland. Through this whole experience, God will challenge you in ways you could never have imagined, helping you to depend on Him more and more each day!

Are you between 18 and 30 years old? Looking to grow in your relationship with God? Want to put your faith into action? Come join Immersion!
Will there be accomodation provided?
During the training period, students will share rooms in our guesthouse or chalets on our property in Roscommon. During their ministry assignments in a church the accommodation will vary from team to team, from flats with teammates to rooms in a host home.
Will there be food provided?
Students will cook and eat together, and will be responsible for their own food.
Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?
Transportation to and from the airport will be provided, as well as any other necessary during their time in Ireland. Students will not be able to drive while they are in Ireland.
What should my health condition be like?
Students need to be in reasonable health.
Do I need a visa?

Students from outside of Europe need to apply for a volunteer visa. This process takes significant time (about 4 months) and some costs, so keep this in mind when applying.
