One of the key strategies the church in Romania uses for evangelism and discipleship is the After School program. Through it, we are able to share the message of Christ while equipping children and teenagers, using English and other practical tools. The goal is to demonstrate God’s love through meaningful relationships, engaging activities, and simply spending intentional time together.
You will have the opportunity to teach English and share the Gospel through it.
OM Romania collaborates with a range of projects in villages, most of them within Roma communities. The After School programs typically run from Monday to Friday, while weekends are dedicated to activities and services in the local churches.

We want everyone to enjoy the experience safely! Please make sure you are in good health and comfortable with physical activities like standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
The participant will stay at the church, at the after-school program, or in the homes of church members.
Good meals will be provided. At times, you or your team may need to prepare your own meals, so come prepared to cook and collaborate. Please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs.
You’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from Bucharest (airport code: OTP). Our OM team will meet you at the airport, train, or bus station and get you safely to your accommodation. The price does not include your transportation in Romenia; the cost will be determined once we know the number of participants.
EU/EWR citizens do not need a visa. Other particpants please consult your local OM branch.
