During the STEP you will… - receive practical training from experienced workers - study the local Arabic - grow in cultural understanding - join in prayer for the least reached
Applicants are expected to: -have been discipled -have some prior experience ministering to non-believers -have an interest in serving longer term among the least reached people from MENA - be flexible and adaptable - enjoy being part of a small team - take self-initiative to get to know people
Good Needs to have a tolerance to the stresses of cross cultural living and be able to walk for longer stretches
