Returning to Resource – in Belgium

Twenty years ago, Martin Turner (UK) worked with OM Belgium for eight years, from 1988-96, with local churches and immigrants. After secular work in the UK, he and his wife, Meryem (NL), returned to Belgium a year ago. Martin is the new Field Leader for OM Belgium. Meryem is involved with immigrants. She is also planning to teach the LAMP2* method of language learning to the team members. AnneMarit Viljoen met them to ask them about their return to Belgium.

Factor: A Discipleship Experience Fall 2020 Belgium    Go & Visit    5 October 2020 - 18 December 2020The purpose of Factor is to give people the opportunity to come and serve practically in Brussels, the Capital of Europe. Participants will be serving in practical ways at OM Belgium’s hospitality centre while also diving into discipleship and mentorship relationships to grow deeper in their faith. During this 3 month program, participants will rub shoulders with volunteers and missionaries from around the world and who come from different walks of life and experience what World Missions is all about. Through Factor, participants will grow spiritually, emotionally and forever be impacted by God's love.
