Pakistan Floods Response
- Pakistan
Heavy monsoon rainfall and floods in Pakistan have affected some 2.3 million since mid-June 2022. Around 95,000 houses have been destroyed and some 220,000 more damaged. According to the National Disaster Management Authority, around 700 people have died including over 300 children.
Thousands have been forced to leave their homes, and are struggling to find food for their families.
The OM team is responding to this humanitarian crisis actively supporting affected families with food packages, non-food items and medical aid.
