OM’s Community Health Project is based in a Near East country with over 500,000 Syrian refugees living outside of camps. The project works in an urban area that has the highest percentage of poverty among refugees and limited access to medical supplies.
Working with local partners, the project helps them provide primary care clinics, support groups, and home based medical and social care.
