Allan and Rhonda have served with OM since 1974. Firstly on OM Ships Logos and Doulos (twice); Allan was director of Logos, then Doulos. In 1989 they moved to Mosbach Germany (OM Ships HQ) in training and leadership development. They helped pioneer OM East Asia/Pacific from the beginning; Allan was EAP Area Co-ordinator for six years. They now reside in Brisbane. Allan is Consultant for Member Care and Leadership Development (ICT) and also works as a GP Counsellor. They have three adult children.
