As an Associate Director of Inspiro Arts Alliance, Arts Catalyst for East Asia plus more, Dileep is involved in leadership, development of the Inspiro staff and affiliated artists and cultivation of arts ministry in East Asia. Dileep also is involved in leadership coaching and leadership development in East Asia. May is serves in People Care for Inspiro – helping facilitate the well-being of staff. Based Adelaide they work virtually with an international team of OMers and others across the world.
