Peter and Sophia served in Central Asia for approx. 18 years before returning to Australia in 2013.
In 2020, Sophia was invited to take up the role of People Services Director for OM International. She will be giving leadership to OM’s People Services Team, which is responsible for the organisation’s personnel/ HR, people care and child safety functions.
Peter continues to serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Morling College in Sydney. He is also completing further training through OM’s International Leadership Coaching Academy.
Together, Peter and Sophia are passionate about seeing people, teams and organisations flourish as we join our loving God in his great mission to reconcile all things to himself. We are delighted to be serving as part of the global OM community.
