Don’t wait for your call. It already happened.
When we said yes to following Jesus, we joined the mission He gave to His disciples over 2,000 years ago—to “go and make disciples of all nations.”
That is His mission, and that was His call to all who follow Him. We are His hands and feet in the world. We are His workforce. We are His choice, and all who call Him Lord have been called to reflect His love to transform the world.
The same call was given to all, but the way we serve depends upon the spiritual gifts, passions, abilities, personalities, and experiences He has entrusted to us to use for His mission.
Your Life - All of it
This is not a short-term or part-time role.
In everything we do and say, everywhere we go and at every time of day, we are ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.
Whether we’re working as editors or artists, caterers or coaches, mechanics or musicians, discipleship is at the centre of everything we do. We invite conversation, open doors and demonstrate what life is like when it is centred on God’s love.

Leading with love
As a global movement of Jesus followers, we love and care not only for those who have not yet heard of Christ’s love, but also for one another and all who join our cause. Christ’s light can shine brightly through our community as we serve others who serve His mission.
The posture of love and care is not only evident in our prayer, worship and interactions, but in our systems, processes and structures. We lead with love in our work and life, and with our finances and resources as well.
Equipping and resourcing
We are dedicated to caring for, supporting and equipping all those who join our cause, whether they choose to support us in prayer, finances or by serving. We are committed to providing resources to all who are interested in and burdened by world mission.
We are developing training courses and resources for churches and groups and our public library contains a vast collection of articles, videos, books and more.

Where we work
If our call is to “go and make disciples of all nations,” then our mission continues until all nations have been reached. As a first priority, we focus on those peoples and communities who have never heard of the love of Christ, and then on those who may have heard but don’t have access to a vibrant community of Jesus followers where they can see Christ’s love each day.
We live and breathe to seek out the people and communities who don’t know God’s love. We are passionate about making an introduction, and providing active, ongoing discipleship.
Our conviction to follow Jesus fuels our passion to love the world no matter what. We will go to any length, cross any boundary, and strive to reach every person in order to share the hope that can only be found in Him.
